OUR STORY
Built from a belief that education could be different.
Founded in Highgate in 2019, O Education Group began when our founders invested their own house deposit to open the first Odyssey school, supporting children underserved by mainstream and specialist education. Today, that same commitment shapes Odyssey Schools and Ohana, creating nurturing learning environments built around each child’s individual needs.

Our vision is for an education system where difference is understood, belonging is designed in, and children, young people and their families are recognised as partners in shaping the education and support they need.
We believe education should adapt to the learner, not demand that the learner adapts to the system.
We also believe meaningful change happens through collaboration — across families, schools, local authorities, policy makers, clinicians, professionals, communities, technology partners, researchers and others who share responsibility for improving outcomes for young people.
